Report cyber incidents to CITRA cyber security (cs@citra.gov.kw) and fraud to the Ministry of Interior cybercrime unit. In an emergency call 112. Contact your bank first if money was taken.

Is my bank asking for my password by SMS or WhatsApp legitimate?

No. Kuwaiti banks never ask for your password, PIN or OTP by message or phone. Treat any such request as a scam, do not reply, and contact your bank through its official app or the number on your card.
