🚨 Report a Scam 🌐
⏱️ Scammed or unsure? 60-second plan
1 · Protect money

Call your bank's fraud line now — the number on the back of your card. Freeze the card and ask them to reverse any payments.

2 · Keep evidence

Screenshot texts, emails, caller numbers and payment screens. Change passwords and turn on 2-step verification.

3 · Report it

Report through your country's official channel — see the report page.

Verify before you trust

Scammers fake caller ID, SMS sender names and email addresses. The only safe way to verify is to call the official number on the back of your card or open the official app or portal yourself — never use a number or link sent to you.

📞 If a call makes you doubt
  1. Hang up. Do not stay on the line — even to argue.
  2. Call the number printed on the back of your card or in your bank’s official app.
  3. Never share OTP, PIN, password or CVV — banks and police never ask.
  4. If in doubt, report through your country’s official channel above.

Your digital ID was hijacked?

If you entered your ID details on a fake re-verify page, saw a login you do not recognise, or a government letter arrived about a service you never requested, act in this order:
1 · Open the OFFICIAL app or portal (never a link from a message) and try to log in. If your password fails, use the official forgot-password flow right away.
2 · Contact the official support line of the digital-ID service and ask them to lock or reset the account.
3 · Check for SIM swap: if texts stopped arriving, your number may have been ported. Contact your telecom provider.
4 · Check your government services history for anything you did not do — visas, address changes, SIM transfers, loans.
5 · Report through your country's official cyber-crime channel above and keep the case reference. Tell your bank too.
Never pay anyone who offers to restore or clean your digital ID — that is the next scam.
